Learn the basics: - How to make "Delicious by Sara' Italian Meringue Buttercream. - Fill, stack and buttercream your very own 6 inch cake (you can choose your flavour closer to the class date. - Learn our white chocolate drip. - Learn how to make the perfect chocolate shards. - Learn how to make Italian Meringue and to pipe on your cake. - How to safely prep, wire and tape fresh flowers for cakes.
