Service Description

When: Tuesday October 4th 10am - 1pm. Where: At our studio - Shop 3, 19 Alicia Street, Southport. Learn the basics: - How to make "Delicious by Sara' Italian Meringue Buttercream. - Fill, stack and buttercream your very own 6 inch cake (you can choose your flavour closer to the class date. - Learn our white chocolate drip. - Learn how to make the perfect chocolate shards. - Learn how to make Italian Meringue and to pipe on your cake. - How to safely prep, wire and tape fresh flowers for cakes. You will take home: - Your beautifully decorated cake. - Skills and tips of the trade. - 'Delicious by Sara' Denim Apron - Palette Knife - Acrylic Scrapper - Our Italian Meringue Buttercream Recipe Coffee, Tea & Water supplied.
